Our history

Complete Office Installation is a licensed bonded and insured general contractor providing systems furniture installation, architectural walls installation, workstation reconfigures, total office moves and extensive facilities support services. Since 2001, we have been setting the industry standard of excellence with our service and installation.

We are adept at handling large scope projects from receiving to installation. With an 18,000 sq. foot warehouse and full-time warehouse manager we are able to receive, inspect and provide storage if needed until project date.

Toby Cruson

President

Toby has been installing furniture since 1995. His experience, ability to troubleshoot and foresee possible issues and provide real time solutions is an asset to our out-of-state dealerships who need local experience. He completes thorough competitive quotes and oversees all management. He is a licensed General Contractor and has extensive knowledge in both systems and walls installation. Peder Vangstad

Director of Operations

Peder has been with Complete Office Installation for 20 years. Adept at all your field verification needs, scheduling, troubleshooting and overseeing the crew to maximize productivity and efficiency. With 15 years as Lead Installer and field supervisor, he has a wealth of product knowledge, troubleshooting experience and excellent client service! Elisha Cruson

Project Management

Meet Elisha! When you are in another state, having an onsite PM is essential for peace of mind. Elisha will take the stress off of you by providing real time daily reports, images and addressing any damages, documenting onsite progress in addition to client walk throughs. Steve Swartout

Warehouse

Know your product is in good hands with Steve Swartout! Steve has been with Complete Office for 15 years and works as a liaison between the warehouse and office. From bingo sheets, documenting damages and sending receivers, you will get real time updates of when your product hits our dock and the condition it is in.

Our Crew

Clients who have worked with us over the years know our crew members by name. Our crew is efficient, hardworking and knowledgeable. Our favorite things to post in the breakroom are notes from clients expressing their gratitude over a job well done! We are very proud of the work ethic our crew has and that they continually exceed client expectations. Our crew is full time and we do not sub-contract our projects.
